We know that shopping online is not always easy when it comes to picking the right size or colour. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions of all our products, however if you wish to return your order for whatever reason, please contact us - we are happy to assist you.
We offer refunds, exchanges or store credits, however to be eligible for these options, the following needs to be considered:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order. Please ensure you outline the problem and your choice of refund, exchange or store credit.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unworn or unused and in 'as new' condition.
- We must receive the returned goods within 14 days of delivery.
Change of Mind or Wrong Size
We generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. We can however offer you to exchange your item for another or to get store credit.
However please note that the postage expense is non refundable.
If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange this for you, providing we have the size you want in stock and the item is returned to us unworn and in original packaging within 14 days, as stated above.
If we do not have the desired size in stock, we are happy to offer you a refund or store credit.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you feel that you received your order either damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days as stated above, to discuss refund, exchange or store credit.
